Vibration test engineers generate reports for documentation and review. Industry standards, laboratory management systems, and customers often require a report upon test completion. Reports typically include the test results, equipment, and procedure.

VibrationVIEW makes it easy to generate professional vibration test reports as a DOCX, PDF, HTML, or Excel file. It includes default report templates, or laboratories can customize their documents.

VibrationVIEW auto-generates reports using mail merge-type processing. The program reads a template file, substitutes data values and graphs in place of the variables, and writes the data to an output file. This process eliminates the need for the engineer to copy data from the test to their report. The software’s Help file includes a complete list of the variables that engineers can add to a report for each test type.

VibrationVIEW 2024 and newer includes a built-in report template editor that previews changes as you make them, simplifying the customization process.
